I first thought of this project in 2010. Things take a while sometimes.
At that time I just had the idea of making a closed circuit fountain on the playa. To this day I don’t know of anyone who has done it. So. It’s time.
Ripple will be a 5-part airtight fountain, the first of its kind. It will visibly cycle dozens of gallons of water in tiny waterfalls, and capture the sound like a pipe organ.
